Business Support Administrator

We are on the search for a Business Support Administrator who can fulfil the following tasks:

  • Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g. issuing visitor badges; maintaining visitor badges within the system)
  • Keeping the office supplies stock and placing orders when necessary
  • Supervising the cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
  • Maintaining office efficiency by arranging repairs
  • Dealing with e-mail inquiries from employees and other departments
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Creating and presenting reports for senior managers
  • Keeping databases in check and updating them regularly
  • Verifying and sending invoices
  • Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems
  • Organizing social events for local employees
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with office administration work
  • English speaking and writing skills proficient enough to support conversations with the team members and employees
  • Proficiency with office software systems, preferably Google Workspace
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
