The VP of Automotive Delivery will be responsible for ongoing relationship management and overseeing the delivery of services to a group of Mobica Automotive customers. You will be accountable for revenue and margin conversion within assigned accounts as well as for planning, implementation, and delivery of services performed and delivered by Mobica Onshore and Offshore teams. This includes negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of Quality of Service and KPIs agreed with the client during the contract agreement process. The customer Success Manager will be seeking continually and proactively to improve service delivery.
