Automotive Functional Safety Engineer


Experience & Skills:

Solid knowledge of C or C++ language
Experience with Linux systems or low-level programming on chips
Knowledge of safety standards (DO178B/C and/or ISO26262)
Experience in development of architectural concepts necessary to meet safety requirements
Experience in development of software documentation compliant with functional safety
Experience in working with V-model based software development including testing
Knowledge of software development guidelines (MISRA C, MISRA C++)
Familiar with version control systems, including git and svn
Natural focus on high standards and thorough testing, delivering quality results to tight deadlines
Analytic and problem solving skills
Strong written and spoken English

Nice to have:

Experience with AUTOSAR
Experience with requirements management tools (Doors, Polarion etc.)
