HR Manager


In Mobica you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, implementing and managing HR processes and procedures across the site
  • Partnering with the site management team to ensure all people issues proactively managed
  • Coaching of line managers in best practice people management techniques / other HR topics
  • Management of all employee relations and labor law matters – grievance, disciplinary, absence
  • The performance management and salary review process for the site
  • Managing working time system – preparing overtime reports, sending data to the payroll department
  • Coordinating the work of local HR team members
  • Leading global HR initiatives on a site level
  • Providing site HR reports as required to the Senior HR management team
  • Preparing all HR documents related to employee’s life cycle
  • Working with the payroll system: updating employees’ data
  • Updating reports, tracking changes in internal files

What we expect from you:

  • Over 5 years of working experience in HR department
  • Very good knowledge of Labour Code, PA/PY regulations, HR related legislation
  • Ability to work well in a constantly changing environment,
  • Ability to conduct multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
  • Self-driven and pro-active
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • HR Project Management skills/experience highly appreciated
  • University degree in Labour law, Economics, Human Resources or Psychology would be an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
