Senior Marketing Manager


Mobica is a global software consultancy with ambitious growth plans.  Based in Greater Manchester with offices across the US and Central Europe, Mobica will double in size over the next 3 years as it expands and deepens its relationships with the world’s leading digital, consumer and B2B brands.

Mobica provides software consulting services across the software development lifecycle.  It partners with businesses who are driving the digital transformation of their products and services at scale and speed.  Mobica’s on-shore and near-shore business model is well-placed to capitalise on the surge in demand for software development, growing from start-up to annual revenues of over £55 million in 14 years.

We are now looking for an experienced and talented Senior Marketing Manager who can drive forward the Mobica brand and reputation over this next phase of growth.  This new role has a broad remit covering marketing, brand and product proposition development, as well as PR, thought-leadership and reputational activity.

Working in partnership with our sales and delivery teams, you will be required to build on existing marketing assets and accelerate our marketing capability to reflect our global scale and ambition.  Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Performance, you will successfully blend strategic marketing development with hands-on operational delivery.  You must be capable of delivering high quality outcomes at speed, ensuring we remain agile and flexible in our marketing approach in a fast-moving market.

Working as part of a small internal team and with external agency partners as required, you will be responsible for establishing Mobica as the go-to partner across our target sectors.  You will devise and deliver strategies which leverage traditional media and social media to showcase our technical capability and thought leadership.
