Technical Lead - Project Lead

This is a project for one of the world’s leading OEMs with the objective to develop of self-parking system based on the AUTOSAR platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as single point of contact / component owner for local customer in Germany
  • Leading the remote team and service delivery
  • Local support in development and integration of AUTOSAR based software
  • Participating in the customer meetings
  • Definition and prioritization of the team tasks
  • Working with the team to ensure on-time sprint releases
  • Coordinating and run typical Scrum/Agile ceremonies with the development team
  • Managing the agile Jira workflow, keeping tickets up to date
  • Working with QA engineers to create and ensure the execution of test plans
  • Creating and reviewing documentation
  • Managing the triage process and performing initial troubleshooting of issues raised by customer

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
  • Fluent German and English
  • Solid analytical, problem resolution, and client relationship skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (C/C++)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QNX based systems
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in working with AUTOSAR based software
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management in IT systems environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in utilizing an Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Experience in working with Vector DaVinci and CaNoe tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
