Simon Wilkinson is the CEO of Mobica.
Stefan Marxreiter joined Mobica in April 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is accountable for expanding Mobica’s market reach and managing growth.
Stefan brings more than 25 years’ experience of building, transforming and leading large offshore engineering teams within global organisations. Prior to joining Mobica, Stefan held senior director roles across at automotive and services sector organisations including Luxoft, Wind River and Alpine. He also served as a board director at the GENIVI Alliance and was instrumental in driving open technology standard for the connected car.
Andrew joined Mobica in 2018 as CFO, and is responsible for all financial aspects of Mobica’s strategy, financial and regulatory reporting, and planning.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Andrew has spent the majority of his career in senior finance roles within rapidly growing service businesses. This includes being involved in a number of private equity transactions and bank refinancings both in the UK and overseas. Most notably this includes eleven years at NES Global Talent, including UK, Europe and Africa Finance Director, and latterly as Finance Director for the Group and the Americas. Andrew has a passion for developing high performing motivated teams and people fulfilling their potential.
Paula joined Mobica in 2018 as the Global Human Resources Director.
Paula is a senior HR professional, and she is particularly experienced in the delivery of business transformation agendas. She has operated in both management consultancy – Accenture/PWC, and in various and senior HR roles at Rolls Royce, RBS, AstraZeneca and the NHS, across multiple sectors in multiple geographies.
Jim is Mobica’s Chief Technology Officer, having joined Mobica in 2006 as a senior engineer. He has held a variety of roles in engineering and management as the company has grown.
The most important aspect of Jim’s day-to-day work is the creation of high tech, leading edge technology solutions across Mobica’s entire customer base; he also leads Mobica’s technology strategy and supports a number of customers directly.
As the first senior engineer, Jim led the earliest projects and later ran one of the original business units, growing it to over 100 staff. Jim also enjoys being the voice of Mobica’s technical team and occasionally speaks at conferences and writes articles on behalf of Mobica.
Dawn joined Mobica in 2014, and heads up the Strategy and Planning function.
With over 15 years’ experience in strategic growth, sales and business development Dawn has worked for various technology industry leaders in many countries around the world including Pakistan, USA, France, Spain, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Middle East.
Dawn holds an MBA from University of Warwick, speaks several languages, and is passionate about leading commercial development activities and helping Mobica reach its full potential.
As a co-founder of Mobica in 2004, Jon has played a key role in all aspects of Mobica’s development into a Global Technology leader.
Jon built a successful management team in Mobica that has delivered thousands of highly successful projects for our customers, and won numerous awards. Together with Mobica’s management team, Jon helped to build a professional software engineering company that has enabled our customers to create a wide range of new products and services to global markets – benefitting from Mobica’s technology expertise, quality and customer focus.
Jon holds an MBA from Cranfield University.
As a Mobica Co-founder and a previous role as Managing Director, Nick is now a Non Executive Director on the Mobica board of directors.
Prior to co-founding Mobica, he held a number of leadership roles in technology companies including as co-founder and Managing Director of Teleca UK, and as CEO Teleca AB (Stockholmsbörsen) from its creation to building it into an international consulting company of 2800 staff in 15 countries.
Catherine is a Partner at Inflexion, a Mobica investor.
She has years of experience working with top management teams across a wide range of sectors, and helps Mobica to expand our international reach, enhance our team sizes and increase our already impressive customer portfolio.
James is an Assistant Director at Inflexion, a Mobica investor. Prior to joining Inflexion in October 2017, James was an Assistant Director at Rothschild, where he worked in their M&A team across a variety of sectors in both public and private markets.
James holds a first-class degree in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
