My name is Paweł and I have been part of Mobica for almost a decade now. My current responsibility is to manage and develop one of the Competence Centres here at Mobica.
My life motto is to “play it safe” and “double check”. I strongly believe competency development secures our engineers careers, their position on the market as world-leading experts, and - as a result - their families’ well-being.
