Based in Poland, Klaudia is responsible for developing and overseeing the regional HR programme and for managing the HR team based at our Szczecin office. She works closely with department managers to identify people-related opportunities, determine staffing needs, implement human resources strategies and maintain strong employee relations. Klaudia’s work provides crucial support to the Delivery department. She’s a true people person with a passion for communication and skill for relationship building.
