Kateryna takes a creative, hands on approach to operational excellence and change management. She loves working with bright, motivated people and helping them bring their ideas to life, which is much of what she does in her role every day. Not a fan of mediocracy, she believes in striving for continuous improvement, in regularly challenging her own mindset and making the kind of plans that lead to swift action.

Fun fact: Kateryna’s biggest love is travelling the world. She’s visited 30 countries so far, 17 of them in Europe
