Sebastian is responsible for building and driving Mobica’s learning and future skills strategy, addressing organisational capability development, and providing career coaching. He brings a wealth of learning and development experience to Mobica, having worked in performance management, competencies development, personal branding, and leadership empowerment roles at several large, global organisations. He’s also an International Certified Coach (ICC) with a focus on professional development.

Fun fact: Sebastian has cycled an impressive 4,208 km on his mountain bike over the last two years. That would get him from London to Rome and back with some distance to spare!
